With respect to Employee Data uploaded by our customers, RevoluteHR acts as a data processor on behalf of our customers, who are the data controllers. We process Employee Data only as instructed by our customers and in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
Our customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal basis to collect and process their employees' data through our platform, including obtaining any necessary consents.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
